Author or co-author of numerous scientific publications in the field of reputation management, innovation, management in family businesses, competence management published in prestigious international publishing houses such as: Taylor & Francis, Routledge, Nova Science Publishers, Social Sciences, as well as research, expertise, and research projects, including those funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, NCBiR.

Entrepreneurship ambassador developing a strategy of education for business. For more than a dozen years she has been working, among other things, for the development of cooperation between the science and business sectors.
