He manages and coordinates global projects of the State Forests subsidized by EU funds, related to adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change and nature conservation.
As part of the company's operations, he coordinates development projects implemented by, among other things, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing the amount of energy produced from RES within the company's operating infrastructure. He implements projects that constitute a broad package for increasing energy efficiency and combating climate change. Participant in research projects including those supporting CO2 absorption and accumulation and making carbon credits available for marketing and certification.
He oversees establishing transnational and cross-border contacts, leading projects with partners mainly in the Central and Eastern European area.
He has extensive experience in the sector of management and coordination of implementation and development projects, focusing on building, executing company strategies, and implementing innovations and new technologies.
He is passionate about sustainable development, environmental protection, and new technologies, as well as literature, exploring new places and shooting, being an active member of the Polish Shooting Sports Association.
