He is a lawyer by training, specializing in public international law. He is a graduate of The Hague Academy of International Law (2002) and Utrecht University (2003).
He is the recipient of the 2018 Alumni of the Year Award from the European Academy of Diplomacy.
Mr. Dzięgiel is a diplomat, having previously worked at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2006-2015).
He worked at the Pulaski Foundation from 2015 to 2019, serving as a board member and executive director of the Warsaw Security Forum. After his time at the Foundation, he worked in state enterprises and agencies.
He is a senior fellow of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and a long-time trainer of the European Academy of Diplomacy.
In recent years, he completed an MBA (2022) and postgraduate studies in innovation economy at the University of Warsaw (2017) and ESG and sustainable finance at Kozminski
