Piotr Kisiel

Acting President of the Management Board - Chief Executive Officer, Rosomak S.A.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. He received his doctoral degree in security sciences from the Faculty of Management and Command at the Academy of Military Arts. During his professional career, he held positions such as: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Military Central Constitutional and Technological Office S.A., Vice Chairman of the Military Property Agency, general counsel at the Ministry of National Defense, Ministerial Counsel at the Ministry of Regional Development.

A long-time academy lecturer. He has served on several supervisory boards of commercial law entities. He is certified as a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certfied Goverment Auditing Professional. Since December 2022, he has served as President of the Management Board of Rosomak S.A.
