Minister of Industry
Legal counsel with experience in the regulatory sector and a PhD in economics. She specializes in regulatory affairs, consumer policy and competition law, as well as energy law and labor law. She has authored and co-authored academic papers on energy and business law. For more than 20 years, she ran a law firm of legal advisors and worked with all the largest, mainly private energy companies in Poland. During her career, she also worked as an in-house lawyer for energy companies. She has been a long-time Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.
Academic teacher, lecturer, researcher, speaker at national and international conferences. Professor and head at the Department of Energy Transformation at the University of Economics in Katowice, former coordinator of the European project “Tools for diversity”. She also lectures at universities in Europe, including Saarbrücken (Germany) and Granada (Spain). She was a representative of ACC Europe in Poland for several years.
