Career path - Vice President of Digital-Technology-Gaming Kato-Hub, former Managing Director/Head of Ammega Business Services, MD/Vice President of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), Managing Director at Capgemini and holding leadership roles in multinational companies such as Siemens, Behring_CSL and Hoechst.

Marcin Nowak has been appointed Vice President of the newly established Digital-Technology-Gaming Hub in Katowice, Poland, where he will be responsible for developing strategy, the future operating model and creating value by building the platform. Previously, Marcin developed and led the Global Business Services structure for Ammega Group, and at Capgemini he managed and supported the industrialized development of Global Managed Services Delivery Centers located in Central and Eastern Europe and additionally led the global Distributed Smart Services network. As Vice President and later Chairman of the Board of ABSL, Marcin supported investors' location decisions for the business services sector in Poland and EMEA.

Marcin Nowak was awarded the Laurels of Skills and Competence by the Chamber of Commerce for his social activities and actions supporting business development, and in 2020 he was named one of the 200 most influential people in the Polish economy according to the 300-Economy ranking. As the first representative of the business community, Marcin received the title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Opole, as well as the honorary title of Distinguished Citizen of the City of Katowice.
