Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Outreach at WSB Academy
Initiator of activities implemented for the development of higher education and entrepreneurship, transfer of knowledge from science to the economy, development of knowledge-based economy.
He is President of the Delegation (Dabrowa Górnicza) of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, member of the international association The European Academy of Management (EURAM c/o EIASM - European Institute for Advanced Studiesin Management), Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Society of Organization and Management, Dabrowa Górnicza branch, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Polish Economic Society in Katowice, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Silesian Union of Employers Lewiatan, member of the Program Council of the National Key Cluster “Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing” of the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
He has extensive corporate experience gained in multinational service companies, has been employed in key management positions related to the development of customer relationship management systems, quality and process management, project management, a long-time executive-level manager at Orange S.A., and is an MBA graduate.
For his activity in shaping relations between science and business, he was awarded the Silver and Gold Cross of Merit (Krzyż Zasługi), the Medal of the Commission of National Education and the Gold Badge of Honor for his contribution to the Silesian Voivodeship.
