Her adventure with business etiquette began with a seminar at The Protocol School of Poland conducted according to the materials and methodology of The Protocol School of Washington, and the diversity of her professional experience allowed her to explore the subtleties and nuances of etiquette, adapting them to the specifics of different industries and cultures.

She teaches the art of business etiquette and conducts trainings and workshops. In addition, she co-created codes of ethics and anti-corruption procedures and trains employees and managers in these areas, focusing on the practical aspect rather than theories and definitions.

 More than twenty years of professional experience have reinforced her belief that business is all about relationships and following the rules of business ethics and etiquette is the foundation for lasting relationships and organizational success.
