Aleksandra has extensive professional experience in both the private and public sectors, combining knowledge of the metals and mining industries with foreign policy, international relations, investigative journalism, and broad analysis of geostrategic and social trends.
 
Aleksandra manages and coordinates Luma Holding Group's global projects in Central and Southeast Europe and East Africa. As part of Luma Holding, Aleksandra launched a project - LuNa Smelter in Rwanda. It is the first tin smelter in Africa fully certified by the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP). She advocates responsible mineral production and is active in the European Partnership for Responsible Minerals as a Board Member.
Alexandra has extensive experience in the mining sector, focusing on sustainability and responsible supply chains for strategic raw materials, as well as the use of new technologies and blockchain in the minerals supply chain, including so-called conflict minerals - tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold.
 
Alexandra is passionate about sustainability and diversity and is a graduate of the International Women in Mining mentoring program. She divides her time between work, doctoral studies at the University of Szczecin and charity work - she is a Council Member of the Afriquia Foundation. Alexandra is passionate about literature and speaks 8 foreign languages. In 2022 she was included in the list of Top Global 100 Women in Mining - a global ranking announced every 2 years in the UK by Women In Mining UK.
